General policies

• To enroll your business in RME, your business must be GST registered.
• Captain is entitled to 12 months of subscription after date of joining the Command.
• Only one Captain from each profession Classification is permitted to join a Command of RME. Managing Committees have final authority relating to classification conflicts.
• Attendance is critical to the Command. If a Captain cannot attend, you may send a substitute (not a Captain of your Command) or can attend online meeting(upto 2 times) to the meeting. This will not count as an absence.
• A Captain is allowed 4 absences every year. There are no leaves of absence except for medical leaves.
• Meeting expenses will be charged for every meeting except for medical leaves.
• Captain can attend 2 meetings outside the Command(inter-state/intra-state).
• Visitors may attend meetings up to two times. Visitor must come with reference of any enrolled Captain or RME.
• Captains are not allowed to switch Commands without prior permission of Managing Committee.
• Same company can enroll in different Command for different profession classification.
• Monthly 2 meetings are scheduled on weekdays(Monday-Friday).
• Meeting lasts for 90 minutes .Captains need to arrive on time and stay for the entire meeting.
• Governing Team need to arrive 15 minutes early.
• One day prior confirmation of attendee is must.
• Policies are subject to change. The Governing Team will be notified regarding all changes.

Administrative policies

• Once you’ve enrolled for program, fees is non-refundable.
• Allotting of professions is on “first come first serve basis”.
• To book your seat in desired Command, you have to pay registration fees.
• Subscription/fees is non transferable.
• Your subscription will continue until you tell us that you no longer wish to receive it, in which case you will stop paying subscription. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance for re-subscription that will apply upon next yearly renewal. If captain fails to re-subscribe within 60 days of notification than that profession will be updated as vacant.
• Incase of any problem with any Captain, the Managing committee, have rights to take final decision.
• If you wish to change your profession, than you have to hold for 4 consecutive meetings ,must take prior permission of Managing Committee and submit a new Captainship form along with registration fees.
• If in any case your cheque got cancelled/bounce or got rejected by bank for any reason, than you have to bear the penalties.
• If any captain is found misbehaving, creating nuisance or any other intolerable activities, Managing Committee, have right to take action against them.
• RME have authority to change President/Vice President or higher authority on basis of performance.
• RME have right to terminate Captain for not being regular in meetings.
• In absence of Managing Committee ,Governing Team will act as deputy Managing Committee.
• If eligible Captain is not willing to be authorized person,then next eligible Captain will get opportunity to be one.
• You are responsible for any unethical activities on your RME alpha account.
• We also expect you to keep the information secure, specifically login id, passwords and payment information.
• You are not allowed to share your ID or give access to your account to anyone else. RME subscription does not allow multiple users on a network or within an organization to use the same ID.
• When you purchase a subscription, you must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. By submitting payment details you promise that you are entitled to purchase a subscription using those payment details. If we do not receive payment authorization or any authorization is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to your subscription.

 

RME reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you breach these terms and conditions, with or without notice and without further obligation to you.
